Indian Dish Party👳🎭🍭

As a new new project, our school holds a dish party for every nationality to present their country. Of course, it starts with the majority of our school's students. It was held first by Korean. I have yet to post the pictures, but I hope soon enough I'll post it.
Today was the Indians' turn. They presented their country flawlessly. Everyone was insterested to know. And me, myself, was a bit giving an I-will-sleep-soon-if-you-dont-give-the-food-now attitude. Well, don't judge. I hate history and geography. About an hour that attitude surrounding myself, it started to be catchy as they begin to turn up the music and showing us their food culture. Oh my God. You should see how I was drooling listening what they say (well, not literally drooling. You know what I mean). Now, you know the affection of food I've got in myself. Indian food has been my favorite food as ever, apart from Chineese and Korean food.

Okay, let's move from food to dance and movies. Some Indian student were dancing and taking part of the show. You can imagine the dance, right? It's kind of obvious. Who never watch Indian movies anyway?
"3 Idiots" has been my best ever Indian movie. My friend said it the happiest, funniest and saddest Indian movie ever. If you haven't seen it, you definitely need to watch that.

Moving on to their traditional clothes. As you might already know that Indian clothes are very unique. The acessories  are there and here. Hmm, I wonder how they wear that in the street. Don't laugh, I am serious. But, then I was told that they wear those clothes only on special occasions, like today for example.
This is me and one of the Indian students of our school. Well, I am not sure how to spell his name, but his name is Sahars.

I am not sure about this, but I think Indians like red and orange colour. As I observe a lot of Indians wear red-orange colour for their clothes. I am just guessing😜

Last but not least is the literature. I am not too sure about my knowledge about this aspect of Indian culture. But, I am interested to know. In the show, two Indian students went on stage to present an Indian poem. I couldn't exactly hear what they said; but, as from the title, it sounds good and deep.

Some books they showed us were probably popular, but I am quite sure I never heard of those (this is the point of having this party, new knowledge).

Okay, that's what I in conclusively experienced today. Next dish party will be either Nigerian, Egyptian or European. We'll see what I will experience next time. Have a nice weekend, guys! xx
